Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.
Pack with Care
Securely place the unused cutlery in its original gift box or sheath, ensuring all protective packaging is included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping carton.
Receive Your Refund
Once our master technicians inspect the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
